Multiple installs possible?

I like running games on separate hard drives when I 2box. With Inner Space, how do I direct the program to launch the two separate instances from two separate directories?

The reason behind separate directories per copy of the game is because it cuts down on load times while zoning, and does not slow down one instance when another is loading. I tried to today to use just one install using isboxer, but it was clunky, and laggy. I manually launched two from separate installs using inner space alone and both ran fine. Is there a way to configure isboxer to launch a "team" from separate installs?

While you can do it that way it is not recommended.
