Your English is fine, the problem is that I don't know what "Extra" keys you're referring to.
If you have a mouse or keyboard that requires additional software to be running to operate it, like for Logitech mice it's a program called SetPoint, you will need to run that software as Administrator for the "Extra" buttons to work. (Right click, Run as Administrator)
That's is because ISBoxer, Inner Space, and any programs they launch (the game) will be running as Administrator, and if that other software is not running as Administrator it won't have permissions to handle the buttons while the game (or ISBoxer or IS) is active.
