isBoxer isn't working, innerspace is

Some help would be appreciated.

I run a legitimate windows 7, fully updated, with .net 3.5.1 all options of .net 3.5.1 are checked in the add windows components.

I paid for, downloaded and installed the bundle of Innerspace and ISboxer. there was a problem installing the ISboxer I think.

Inner space is working fine in the tray. I can start RIFT from the tray icon.

After I start rift, I don't know what to do to get the quick start wizard. If I double clicking isboxer toolkit.exe, the ISboxer toolkit.exe program crashes.
with rift runing, I can see info in the upper right corner of my RIFT - info like FPS ect.
