The game i'm trying to multibox relies on Steam to work. It has API towards the Steam which collects steam username and uses it for authentication. Is it possible to run two separate Steam accounts simultaneously?

I tried to run the steam, run game, than log out, but it shuts down the game as well.

Yes, ISBoxer treats Steam as the game launcher.

I don't think it's possible to have two separate accounts running simultaneously. I've tried different things but didn't succeed. Could you please elaborate on how to achieve this?

When you create your ISBoxer team/character set, you choose Steam as the game/game profile

Make sure Steam not set to remember your login and Steam is exited (fully).
When you launch your Character Set, it will load Steam 1. Log in with your steam account.
When Steam has loaded, load your game.
Steam 2 might have started up by now. If not, relaunch your character set (leave the other stuff running).
Steam 2 loads. Login with the next steam account. Load your game.

I just tried this and I can't get it to work. The first instance opens fine and I choose acct and game. The second one never starts, I get a window that says the steamwebhelper wont open. No real choice to get steam open again and trying to start it again also does not work, it just wont start a second steam.
