Fatal Error

After the latest game patch I'm receiving a fatal error when trying to launch everquest using innerspace. The game will launch and run using Launchpad.exe, so im guessing the problem is with innerspace. Im on widows 11 running directX 12.

Fatal error: The game can't run on any GPU that your system has(3)
because they don't support directX 11.0

1. AMD Radeon(TM) graphics
2. Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
3. Microsoft basic render driver

Any help would be much appreciated.

You'll need the dev build of InnerSpace.

To update to the current Development build of Inner Space, right click Inner Space, select Patcher, click the Development tab, use the Check for Updates button if needed and click Install Now to actually install it.

Having same error after today's patch on EQ1 01/17/24

I get this error:

Fatal Error: The game can't run on any GPU your system has (2) because they don't support Direct X 11.0

1. AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics
2. Microsoft Basic Render Driver


My system is:

AMD Ryzen 7 6800H
AMD Radeon 680M
DX 12

I can log in to the game when I don't use innerspace.

So Just wait for a new build once they can address issues.? Is there a better place to post this? I already did on the EQ1 forum.

Nevermind I got the dev build... it's loading now.
