Exporting to Innerspace error

When I export from Isboxer to Innerspace I get this error. I have to click close 3 times before it goes away. Any idea what this i or how i can take care of it? Thanks.

Choose what you want to do with each of the application compatibility flags. There are 3 options.

Ignore = do nothing with the flag. Ignore the fact it is set.
Remove = remove the application compatibility flag.
Unknown = no idea, ask me again the next time a character pointing at this executable is exported.
