Toggle Key to send commands to another window

Is there an ability to setup a toggle key that while held will send all things typed to another window? Only 2boxing so some things I don't want an eleborate setup for... Like if I set mouse 4 to be the toggle key, I could hit f# and 1 to heal a group member with my cleric on instance 2, etc...

You can set up a keymap, say for one of the number pad keys that only broadcasts to the slave. It can send both the F1 key and the heal spell key press.
