Broadcasting not passing mouse/key clicks

I am new to isboxer. Configuration pasted. All I'm trying to do is have CTRL+ALT+M toggle broadcasting (full, keys and mouse clicks) to all open windows. Currently the message pops up as indicated, indicates whether it's ON or OFF, and I can see the 'fake cursors' on all of my other windows, but no clicking/keys are being transmitted.

So for starters, you should use the Quick Setup Wizard (In the Wizards menu) because it will set a number of things up for you, including Broadcasting, which by default will be SHIFT+ALT+R, although you can change that to anything you like.
And, the reason why it probably is not working, is because on your Character Sets, you have not ticked the option "Make game believe it is foreground window (the game may otherwise ignore buttons)".
The wizard would have ticked this option by default for EQ.
