Repeater SHIFT-ALT-R Not Working

I have everything installed, ran thru the quick setup wizard, but the problem I'm experiencing is that SHIFT-ALT-R does not turn Broadcasting ON and OFF. I am having to go to the top left of the screen and clicking on it to enable and disable it.

The strange this is that the key maps shortcut works fine (SHIFT-ALT-M) as well as the GUI (CTRL-SHIFT-ALT-G).

Any ideas?

It turns out that it was my keyboard. I swapped it for another one and it works fine. Go figure! Case closed
