Repeater scaling?

I play eve online and am attempting to set up a repeater window for my overview, I cover my overview with a repeater window in the main client, and set it to repeat to my action group. When i move into the repeater window it will start at the left of the client, not the left side of the area the overlay covers. Is it supposed to do this? If it isn't what am I setting wrong? If it is, is there a way to make it do what I want, transmit only when I'm over the overview to the overview on the sub client(s)?

The solution is to re-make your Repeater Region without the "Name" box filled in.

The "Name" box is going to be used for translation purposes, like the way Video FX work. If a Repeater Region or Video FX with the same "Name" does not exist in the target window, it will treat it as if you wanted your Repeater Region to cover the entire screen. Leaving out the "Name" will disable this effect
