[WoW] Problem with Repeater Healing and Group Arrangement

I'm sure there is a fairly straightforward solution to this, but I have been going slightly mad trying to work it out.

I have setup repeater regions over my GRID unit frames to allow me to heal from my tank using mouse clicks. However in GRID, the unit frame at the top is yourself, so the order of the unit frames on each character is different.

At the moment when I'm driving from my tank and want to heal myself I click on the top bar in GRID and my healer slave is also click healing on his top bar which is just casting the heal on himself (as he is positioned at the top on his GRID).

How have people solved the problem of this?

The addon 'Grid Custom Layouts' will let you do things like an alphabetical sort.
That means the same ordering on every screen.

With Grid, you essentially need all three of these: Grid + Grid Custom Layouts + Clique.
You can do the same with either stand alone: Healbot or Vuhdo.
It comes down to personal preference on the visual style; the functionality is going to be the same.
