DC Universe Online mouse problem

New to the site and ISBoxer. Trying to use it on DC universe online. Thought I had it all set up, but the mouse movements do not broadcast. Mouse clicks & keystrokes work fine. Mouse movement is fine in the main window, but do not repeat to the other windows. Did I miss something somewhere? Any ideas? Thanks for the help
