I want my layout like the picture, but want screens reversed, main window on the right, and small windows on the left. I dont know how to make windows understand which monitor is my main

If you are using the Window Layout Wizard, you can use the Monitors Collection in the options to the right hand side. In the collection (click on the ... button after selecting it), you can reorder the monitors which will adjust how they are used.

If the Wizard does not generate a layout specific to your hearts desire, choose one which is close, and then edit the generated layout afterwards (i.e. after you click the Finish button). Window Layouts are in the top left, under the Window Layouts node. Select your Window Layout in the top left, in the lower left select Regions, and then you can adjust the locations and/or properties of the layout.
