So I am playing on a different laptop, I copied my profile files from the old laptop for ISBoxer and now I cant seem to get region 1 to fall into place when I change to another toon. Like I have a hole whee that toon was but the toon assigned to region 1 doesnt minimize and fill in the slot. Like maybe swap isnt work?

You should create a new Window Layout for your laptop, because the references behind the scenes for the displays may not be the same, and it can sometime causes oddities.

That did it, thanks. I was hoping not to have to remake them all but after looking at it again, with a fresh perspective, I didnt need as many window layouts as I had created over time.

The wizard is awesome!
