Weird window layout problem

Hi!
So I'm having some weird problems with my window layout.
It currently looks like this: http://imgur.com/a/OjRCT
As you can see, the slaves windows are partly off the edge of the screen. I don't know what is causing this as my window should be 1920x1080. I also think that this is the cause for sudden fps lag spikes that more my camera view all over the place.

Its on all teams except Main pc.

I would hazard a guess that it is caused by Display Scaling/DPI settings.
Windows 10

Be aware that Windows 10 can even lie to you, and report it is not scaling (i.e. set to 100%), when it is, so you might need to try setting to a higher value, and then back again.

Looking at the Window layout, this is what is should look like (for Secon pc Sham anyway), so it definitely looks to be a scaling setting.
