Help using mousewheel to swap between clients.

The last time i used isboxer (2 years ago rougly give or take) it was easy to set this up. You simply added the desired keybind to cycle between windows.
While ive found the setting in the current version, I cannot get it to work. I have fiddle around with the settings but I beleive where my issue lies is where you set the target. Its currently set to "Focus window '-next' (filer:self) on <current computer> but i could certainly be wrong.
I will attack my config its basic atm but yeah.
Any help is appreciated.
