Disabling Keymaps are *not* for entering password

I hit alt+shift+M at login screen

I hit alt+shift+R to hit a macro on my logitech that puts the password in each wow session.

A recent keymap I created with the assistme is deleting chars while the password goes in.

Last change was adding a round robin for pressing H that is located in the Hunters keymap.

H is in my pwd.

Assist me uses the backspace key.

So I know whats happening but for some reason disabling Keymaps is not disabling them... since Kemaps Off message appears I would think any keymap should be disabled right? Yet the Assist Me wow helper still tries to fire that is part of the keymap.
