key maps after last patch

ok after this last patch we just had 10/17 all of my combat map keys that i setup have stopped working. I have remade them but they just don't want to work. the only keys that work are the preset ones for 1 to = on the main bar. all other keys i was using such as ctrl + and number pad and a few random letters have stopped working.
