Keymap and issues with mouse click

I am having issues here in swtor that when say I used an AOE lightning in a certain area hit my keymap for it and then select on screen with out and use it not showing up in the correct area on the main window, I have notice my camera angles seem to gett messed up on my other windows also, I use the Window Fullscreen with the taskbar shown and no instant swapping. Any help on this? I also noticed that when I hit follow one char looks left, one up and one down, is this a common problem?
