Keymaps won't turn off

Hello,

Here's my configuration.

I'm having a great time using the software and up until now, have had no issues with its use. I may have broken something with the creation of a keymap for offense (named Keymap: Offensive). When I do not load it into InnerSpace and I turn off Key broadcasting, everything works fine and I can use the number keys to type. But when I include that keymap, it seems that it doesn't get disabled at all as it outputs the same things when I press 1 to 0 on both enabled and disabled key broadcasting. I suspect as much because one of the keys (4) is setup to send a "Next Click" action with Video FX enabled, and it still pops the VFX window even when I disable key broadcasting. I hope my explanation isn't confusing...
