Closing Cursor Feed and still transmitting CTRL key

I have the cursor feed set to open using ctrl+1, ctrl+2, and so on. It closes once I press ctrl+` (ctrl+tilda)

I had to fiddle with the the close key map to get the normal broadcast function to work properly after closing the cursor feed. I may have done it incorrectly, because after closing the feed I have to press the ctrl key or the system will think I'm still pressing it.

I've searched quite a bit, but haven't found a solution to my issue.

Rather than show you yet another tutorial (that one you linked looks pretty good), how about letting us know where you're struggling with it.

The feeds open perfectly but after closing them the ctrl key seems stuck until I press it again (systems reacts as if the ctrl key is being held down until it is manually hit a second time.)

I used the setup in the tutorial above, but had to make some changes to the close cursor feed scheme in order to get the default 'broadcast to all' function working again. Without the the modification the broadcast to all function would only broadcast to the last cursor feed target. I don't think this modification would be causing the ctrl key stick issue, but I don't know enough to be sure.

It is supposed to release any held modifiers when Repeater is disabled, so this sounds like a bug. I think it is due to switching Repeater Targets while Ctrl is held and Repeater already enabled.

Something simple you can try doing, is to set the Repeater Target back to normal -- it should be "Window:All w/o Current" with block not checked, by default -- BEFORE turning it off. Mostly just move the Repeater Target Action up above the turning off. This way when it shuts off it should release Ctrl on all the windows instead of just the last-selected one
