Mapped Keys Always On

Im trying to make action bar mapped keys for EQ2X with a simple mapped keys but i dont know if its the right way to do or im missing something.

here what it looks like


my problem is, whichever i have the Key Maps ON or OFF with the AA clickbar its always active.

PC : Multiple Computers (2 PCs)
OS : Win7 x64
Inner Space : V.1.11 (Build 5472)
ISBOXER : Build 39
Game : EQ2X and ROM

FAQ: I added a new Key Map but the Key Maps toggle does not disable it?

ok i got it fixed looks like ive forgot a very important step.
here what i did

by added the Action Bar Key Map in the Click Bar Toggles in both steps ON and OFF
