The issue is that your "Deathe Strike" wow macro in your Death Knight wow macro set has no Key Combination, so ISBoxer has no way of activating it.

Configure a Key Combination for it, do an Export to Inner Space, and you should be good to go. I will add a warning message explaining that, in the next ISBoxer update

When you export from ISBoxer it recreates the WoW ISboxer addon, which handles the macros. Therefore, you need to type "/console reloadui" (without the quotes) on each WoW client (use repeater to do this with the minimum of typing). There is no need to restart WoW.
