DPS Key's not being broadcast

My dps key's aren't being broadcast. I've been tinkering with wanting to setup my macros inside IS Boxer, but not been able to get it to work.

I'll keep checking to see if i can find what is happening too, but If someone can see whats wrong I'd appreciate it

Edit 1: Oh yeah and I did check my key binds in wow and I have the 1-= keys bound properly too to the action bar.

Edit 2: Assist seems to work though.

Edit 3: Tested the macros on another button, that works. just the 1 key
