Tree of savior unable to use mapped keys

Hi,
as per the title
I created a simple keymap using the wizard. Press 1 to send 1.
The game isn't recognizing any inputs when pressing the hot key.

It depends.
How are you launching the character set.
Did you create a new key map and put that mapped key in it, and not assign the key map to your character set? (and what is wrong with the default setup which creates the 1 to 1 mapped keys for the 1 to = keys?).

Yeah I've tried the wizard and doing it manually.
Key maps are assigned to my cha racter sets.
The default setup wasn't working so thought I just delete those mapped keys and start fresh. I'll post my config when I get home. But I'm sure its setup correctly. I have my vfx keymaps set up and they show up fine when pressing the hot key
