Starcraft 2 issue since Inner Space 6082

Hi,
I am using isboxer with Star Craaft 2 and remapped the left ALT key to H. This config worked for me for ages but since the last Innerspace update it suddenly stopped working. SC2 does not recognise the key press as H anymore because for some odd reason game now reconises it as ALT+J.

I know it sounds like a silly problem but did you changed anything in the last update which could cause the problem. The Innerspace update is the only thing which has changed on my computer.
