sandboxie and age of empires online

is there anyway to use sanboxie with isboxer?im trying to run sevral age of empires online games on my computer but only way for it to launch more then one is with sanboxie and i want innerspace to set the windows and hotkeys is there anway to incorprate all this or is there a work around
