Run the Quick Setup Wizard, ensuring you change "Other" to "Path of Exile" when asked "What game would you like to set up?".

Then, at the end of the Quick Setup Wizard, ensure the check box for "Click Bar with toggles for these Key Mappings and Repeater" stays checked.
