City of Heroes - can't auto follow anymore

Hello everyone. I started playing CoH again recently. Been a while and it's been awhile since I used Isboxer (a year or so). Anyone none of the my old binds worked in game or with Isboxer so updated to the latest version, deleted all my characters and started from scratch and things are still odd.

I can target the other character but no one will follow.

For some Binds b cancel all my movement powers and works in game. But when I have press b through Isboxer, it only cancel one of my movement powers.

Thoughts?
