Stuck at DAoC login screen

Hi

I am new to ISboxer and has been trying to setup ISBoxer.
The problem I'm facing right now is that when I try to login using the InnerSpace Character Sets, the first login screen would load and then disappears.
This goes for my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th login.

The music and the programs are still running.
All 5 DAoC login screens would appear on my TaskBar as icons but won't re-appear on my screen when I clicked on them.

I have gone thru the forum and does not see a similar issue which I am facing.

Please advise how I can solve this.

Thanks!

Re: Stuck at DAoC login screen

The question is really, disappears where?

Two things pop into my mind.
1. You are playing on a laptop with Optimus. In this case, you will need to select the VideoFX option in the options on the right hand side of the Window Layout Wizard (or appropriate section in the Quick Setup Wizard).
2. You have a 4K screen with Display Scaling set to something other than 100%, and the login screen is being placed outside of the viewable area due to how the positioning system works when scaling.

Failing that, probably a Compatibility Diagnostic will be needed.

Re: Stuck at DAoC login screen

Thanks for the quick response.

Its due to a wrong setting of the Window Layout which resulted in the screen popping up on another monitor which i did not turn on.

Re: Stuck at DAoC login screen

lol...

I don't think I would have come up "turn on your other monitor" for an answer. I shall have to add it to the list :).
